Write for us!

Do you have a flair for the pen and love dogs? Maybe you have an interesting story about an LA resident who has made a difference in the pet world or has invented something snazzy that more people should know about.

Here at Dog Days in LA, we’re always open to new ideas from writers who have an interesting subject on dogs that they’d like to write about. Feel free to submit your piece and who knows, it may be published! Being ‘published’ puts you, as a writer, in a higher tier and greatly enhances your professional portfolio.

We ask that you keep the story under 1000 words. Also, photos included (with photo credit info) greatly enhances any article in our full color magazine.

If you have a news piece to submit for our K9 News section, try to keep this under 250 words. Again, photos are great to include but we do need the photographer’s permission and name to publish photos.
